White Off The Should Blouse - perfect for summer! Very light weight. The top band is stretchy so very easy to wear. Sleeves are puffy with tighter/stretchy part around elbow and wrist. Hits me just below the waist and I am 5'3" It is in PERFECT LIKE NEW condition. I wore it once time for a few hours.
