Zara Women platform block heal lace up black leather boots size 38

This is such a stunning pair of genuine leather boots I found at a thrift store..too bad it does not fit. I've searched high and low for this pair and sadly, I cannot find one size up!! *There is some peeling on the ankle flap, but you can't see it when it's on. *Also, there are 2 little grommets missing from one boots. You can see in pictures. I feel this doesn't affect the functionality of the boot. Feel free to ask questions and I'm open to offers!
