Zara Women’s Short Dress with Bows (XS) (runs slightly small) (measurement across the bust/ armpit to armpit is 13.5 inches in the front and 12 inches in the back). I just bought this dress last week in store while I was out of town but unfortunately it does not fit and I am not able to return it in store at this time. I know I should have tried it on in store but I thought that it would work. There is a scuff mark on the back but I th it will come out in the wash! It was like this when I bought it.
