Zara XS Delicate Layered Ruffle Dress with Embroidered Flowers - Semi-Sheer This piece is so light and soft, with bouncy fun ruffles. Both beautiful, sexy, and comfortable. As you can see, the top portion is very sheer, but the ruffles create layers that make the rest of the dress less sheer.
