New with tags never worn. Off the shoulder or could be worn with sleeves up. Removable linen matching belt with belt holes. Size medium but I’d say a bit small if you have bigger boobs. Always kept it as a “hope I could fit in this someday” dress but don’t think my boobs will work with it (size 34D). I’m 5’9 and goes to my knees. Great light yellow color
