Beautiful fit light weight jacket to throw over a dress or a tank top. Pleated on upper arms. 15 1/2” bust. 18” length from shoulder to bottom. 24” length arm. Back is 19” from top collar to bottom. Size M but not indicated on garment. I’ll accept reasonable offers
