Zara black dress with open back and bustled sleeves

This is the perfect transitional dress that can be worn from work to dinner. The belt accentuates your waist and the back has a cute tie-detail over a somewhat-open back. Despite the opening in the back, the dress is still bra friendly. The sleeves give an expensive, tailored look. I’m 5’7” (1.71 meters) and it sits at a mid-thigh length on me.
