@kikaynurse It's 17in in the bust, 16in under bust and then it fans out. I'm a 34D and it fits the bust area well. I'll try to post a photo of me wearing it

@kikaynurse also the skirt lining at its widest is 21in. The lining doesn't stretch like the lace does. Hope this helps.
