Zara girl denim cowboy boots

NWT denim cowboy boots Size kids US 5 or EU37 Light cotton fabric They are brand new but there are multiple stains all over . Please see photos for details. I think what happened was that the glue from the inside ( you can see last photo) coming out into the outer layer . If you know how to clean those stains or put patches that can be ironed to the fabric , that would be a steal!!! I would definitely keep them and I have a vision for those patches that would look cool and one of a kind but they are a little too small for me
