happiness5 Hi!!!! Would this fit on a 6 year old girl with a little bit of a penguin body? Lol Is the material stretchy? I hear this top may run small but it says for 6 and 7 year olds.

happiness5 @lindseyandree Okay, I only ask because I saw this top on another listing and the bust across was measured at 10 inches. All her size 6 tops are like 13 inches across, but I do see your top looks very expandable? Lol
