Very good used condition. Please note inside the waistband there are adjustable straps on both sides. However, the strap on the right side did brake so it is really only adjustable on the left side. The back of the short waistband is elastic. Laying flat the waist is measuring 12 inches. The rise is measuring 8 1/2 inches. The inseam is measuring 2 1/2 inches.
