ajohn202 @alorabex though to say from me! Large is always too big in my waist but I like them a little loose on my hips. Medium is perfect in my waist but slightly tight on my hips. They do sit at the belly button, so with a tight belt the large was perfect for me. I am usually a size 28-29 in jeans if that helps!
