@karla_did_it I did! I made a mistake with the sizing the tag says "24" not "4" however I would say it runs larger than most "Xs" sizes I wear. Let me know if this is ok with you and I'll accept your counter offer! Sorry for the confusion

@m_kay I'm so sorry I somehow missed your comment! I would say the dress is closest to a 2. The waist is about 26in. Unfortunately I cut off the care instructions so I don't know the exact instructions.
