Hi! From the stripes (waist) down, the dress is 19 inches. It would hit the knee for most ladies. Around the waist (striped part), it's 24 inches (around). It's very stretchy on the top. Hope that helps!

@ceyoung11 No holes or stains. It's just too small on me now. It's very delicate in material for skirt, though. But super soft and cute.
