Zara open toed black heels

These were a gift from a friend , because they didn’t fit her. I accepted them without trying them on and they also didn’t fit me . They are a size 6.5 (which I am ) but they fit like a 6 for me, my heel comes out. The straps are also coming apart and I was going to get them fixed but again they don’t fit me so I didn’t bother.
