Black pleated skirt with white polka dots. Metallic buttons in front. Size is small. A same material belt on the waist to add femininity. Fully lined. Very flowy Material tag was removed , but I believe it’s polyester. In very good condition. Waist : ~14inches Length: ~32-33 inches Bundle for savings.
