This is a kids romper with 3/4 sleeves. 100% cotton Fits me (adult small) but I couldn’t find any boots I liked with it. Just wasn’t giving what I wanted it to give. So now it can be yours. Perfect for kids but not the look I was going for. Condition 10/10 brand new with tags
