Zara ruffled mock turtle neck top

Worn only a few times - in great condition! This top has a mock turtle neck that can either be folded down or worn upward onto the neck. In my opinion it looks best when it’s not folded down. Super versatile blouse. Can be worn to work, as a casual look, or dressed up with a skirt. The bottom of the top hit right beneath my belly button.
