Zara ruffles floral dress

It was gifted to me, but simply doesn’t look good on my body shape. I tried to make it work so I wore it only a handful of times to work because it’s modest at the top. It has a sweet collar which hooks with two buttons (one button missing) and bell sleeves. It’s very light and flowy and looks great paired with a white crisp pair of ankle boots. I’d say it fits like a medium. It’s missing one of two buttons on the back of the neck!
