Zara sequin skirt in blue and green wave size XS. New with tags

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shoppingwithc23. Loved it, but way too small. Says M- it’s more like XS. See pics for dimensions. Zipper jams. Needs patience to unzip due to sequins. Very cute otherwise!! Questions? Leave a comment below!
