Zara sheath dress

Zara houndstooth black and white midi dress. Last picture shows flaws. I tried to squeeze into it and the dress fought back. Zipper is intact, inner stitching could use a trip to the tailors. This is a form fitting dress. Little to no stretch. Measurements are approximately : Back closure is 20” Back skirt slit 9" Front opening 6" Length 41" Sleeve is about 4" Material is cotton.
