Zara short dress with bell sleeves small

Worn once!!!! Zara dress blue and white striped with off shoulder or on shoulder look. Sleeves are bell sleeves. Shorter style. Could be a dress worn over jeans like I used to back in the day since that era is coming back! 🤷‍♀️💀 great condition!!!! Very cute on with flats or wedges!
