gildaumd @nellytin yes, the shorts should fit you well if you are a 4-6. No, they are not high waisted. They sit at your natural waist. I will take the inseam measurement for you tomorrow and get back to you on that.

gildaumd @nellytin I just took them out and tried them on and it seems they are high waisted. They have a 3.5 inch inseam (measured from crotch inseam to the end). Let me know if you have any other questions!
