Zara silk blend blue polka dot flounce skirt

This is a super cute flirty Zara circle/ flounce skirt. Blue with white polka dots (the blue ground is a shade darker than royal blue). Size L, but I’m a 4 and it sits comfortably on my hips. It has an elasticated waist so I’d say it would fit a 4-8. It sits on/ just above the knee. Cotton/ silk blend. Fully lined. SUPER comfy and flirty for summer!
