I believe this is an all cotton skirt, though it has no fabric content tag. Full skirt with five tiers. Length is approximately 37 1/2 inches and (elastic) waist band laying flat is 13 inches across. It has pockets, is comfortable, and a fun skirt to wear. No flaws at all. Like new.
