Zara skort with pocket

26 inches around the waist, 13 inches skirt length. Zara kids size 13-14. I typically wear size 00 to 2 in bottoms and it fits me perfectly! I'm 5ft 1 and 1/2in. Would make the perfect fall/winter outfit with a turtle neck, tights and chunky boots, or a sleek top and oversized suit coat.
