Zara turquoise midi skirt

NO LONGER FOR SALE. Fabric is gorgeous and has a somewhat stretchy waist (not a typical elastic waist but it does have some give) with lace-like detail. I did get it tailored a bit to wear it super high on my waist (see measurements). In excellent condition, I just normally wear more neutral colors! Measurements - Length - 32” Waist - 23.5”
