Zara wind/rain jacket

Black wind/water resistant jacket that's designed to sit at hip. The stitchingthe hip. The stitching is purple and orange with a green pull strap. Straps waist. I think this would fit women normally sized small to medium. The jacket states medium but I think it's between sizes. Nwt = 89.90
