Zara woman’s Trf dress

This is a black and silver sequin dress with a large black black bottom band.NEVER WORN with tag. The sequin is only on the front. The back is all black material semi open ties on top. The band on the bottom measures 8” wide and 17” long but it has a nice give to it so you can pull it up on your thighs to where you are comfortable. It can also be worn as a long top. A great look with black leggings the last pictures shows what it would look like as a blouse.great look either way for a holiday party
