Zebra print short sleeve button down top

This top has some really cute sleeves (it’s hard to tell in the pictures) they kind of gather at the top almost like a puff sleeve but they aren’t puffy! The material is really lightweight and breathable, but isn’t soft or stretchy. Could be cute unbuttoned with a tank underneath!
