bijouzoe This is Sue from @bijouzoe…I apologize for the way your heart arrived. It’s been in the pouch for a long time. I did take it out to photograph it and it was not tangled. It never has been. I thought it was ok so didn’t wrap it up in tissue like I usually do. I hope it’s ok. My wrapping is usually perfect. I hope you are happy with your purchase.

fairykate83 @bijouzoe it’s beautiful. I’m wearing it now. It was just in a huge knot. I was stressing! If it hadn’t been on a Tiffany chain I would’ve just broken the chain to undo the knot. But I got it out. It was packaged nicely, otherwise. 💓 thank you for messaging me. I appreciate it.
