This is the "Dreaming in the Clouds" Dress from Zelie For She. This dress is from the "Ocean Drive" Resort Collection from 2020 and sold out very quickly. This Beautiful Blue Dress features a V-neckline with ruffles, elastic waist with a matching long waist tie, elasticated short sleeves, ruffle 3/4 way down the dress in front, and hook & eye closures going from the top of the neckline to 3/4 way down the dress that can be opened up to show more leg/cleavage, or totally opened to wear as an over piece. This dress is polyester-hand wash and line dry.
