orlandogal @southendwife sorry- the armpit to armpit measurement. It’s the measurement that helps us to know if the item will fit across the chest. If you lay the shirt/jacket flat down facing upward, take a tape measure or yardstick and get the measurement from left to right just under the armpit. Thank you!❤️
