Super high-rise waist makes you look super slim and tall. Essentially two waistbands — one for above the belly button and one for right below the belly button, which honestly is needed on some days to help out your abs! I found that my posture was better when wearing these, and that my workouts felt more “on point” as a result. Great for layering, as the fabric in the legs legs is insanely stretchy. I’ve worn these with another slim legging underneath for running in colder weather. There is a double-wide pocket on the center of the back that fits an iPhone, it’s so big.
