@s_miller72 depending on brand, I typically wear anything from Medium to XL. I’d say they are a pretty true L. I have a fairly small waist, so I don’t usually notice the snugness of the band. I can try them on again tomorrow and see if the elastic has an easy stretch or a tight one!
