cassidyholt @kparamad hey yes it is! The dress ties in the back, so there aren’t really bust measurements I can give as it is pretty customizable. And the waist part is open! The back only zips up to the lower back so there isn’t really a waist measurement. My cup size is 32D and waist is 25” and it fit me really well, but it also fit my sister who is a 34B and has a 27-8” waist so I really think it works for someone who wears XS, S or M!
