Reposhing this item I purchased from @madiwri. So cute and I never wore it so it is the same condition new with tags as in these photos.
This is a size 1 Zimmermann. It does run a bit small in the bust area probably fits more of an A or B cup. Please see measurements of bust area in the comments as someone asked about that. There is elastic section in the back and it zips up the back with a hook and eye closure.

@epaige8167 thanks girly; is that elastic I see on the back side? Can you measure the back with the elastic fully stretched?

@pinkluxgirly so it is 14.5 inches fully stretched and the actual elastic part which is just in the middle of the back is 8 and 1/4 stretched and 4.5 inches unstretched. I measured best I could- hope this helps.
