@bovarybutterfly bust is like 16” I think? Hard to measure bc of the way it is constructed. Lots of seams around bodice with the lace insets. I would say it is true to size. It is constructed in a way that you could have no chest or large chest because it like sits up, doesn’t drape down if that makes sense.
