@cleoag1 hi hun, pit to pit it is 15 1/2 inches & a waist of 13 approximately & lying flat of course. unfortunately there is no stretch to this dress. the fabric has more like a chiffon feel to it with a lining throughout. it's a beautiful dress & in amazing condition.
