@reillyk11 - I would say yes - I usually wear an 8.5 to a 9 and these fit securely.

Is there any way you could measure the circumference of the opening please? I just want to make sure they'll fit around my calves. Thank you!

Hi - thanks for reaching out. I measured the circumference from the top inside of the boot and it is 12.5 inches. Please note that these do not go over the calf......I have wide calves and these sit just under the calf and on me there is still a small gap. Hope that helps.
