This is a gorgeous dress worn twice. There is some pulling at the very bottom of the dress as shown. However, because the gown is pleated it does not show. Also, this dress has never been altered and is VERY long so if you have it hemmed, the pulled fabric would be removed.

hmasseoud @reem_louly please read the description. Yes it is but it has a snag at the very bottom that is not visible and would go away if you have it hemmed (the dress is extremely long)
