“a loves a” flowy Navy dress

This is a beautiful, and in new condition, navy blue, embroidered dress. It has a stretchy adjustable neck, so it can be worn across the shoulders or as a scoop neck. The dress and the lining are 100% cotton. Although it is an XS, the nature of the A-line cut of this dress, would fit perfectly to someone who wears between size 2 to size 6.
