The geometric black and white fabric is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. The material has a very nice stretch. The side-to-side elastic waist measurement is approximately 15-1/2” but it easily stretches to 16-1/2”. The length of the skirt is approximately 40”. The slits are about 16” in length.
