a.n.a blue dress top.

Brand is a.n.a.(a new approach). Size is M/P. Color is a beautiful blue and has little sparkly circles put together to make lines run across mid part to bottom half of top. Not sure what to call those. Did post picture of what they look like 100% polyester. Really nice. Could be for work, special occasion, or even a date night.
