sullymom @lunare2021 i package everything up after posting it so give me a few minutes and ill get them and measure that for you. I'll measure just flat and what they are when I put them on. I wear a size 8 in pants normally.

sullymom @lunare2021 they are 16” across and when I tried them on again I didn't need any of the stretch. Did that make sense? Let me look at the pictures again and where I have them tied is exactly how they look on my waist. I'll post another picture for you.
