apple bottoms y2k blue sweatshirt with sequins

I got this thrifting and as you can see on the last pic there is some weird netting stuff that comes right off the inside, which never bothered me. I’m pretty sure this is kids xl but it fits like a xs- s in womens The zipper came off for the most part (shown in 2nd to last pic)
