luxuryreclaimed @barnsale50 you can contact JL's customer service via their website. they will respond with their pricing and/or someone to speak with. I haven't talked to anyone there since just before covid, but it used to cost either $50 or $75 to have them send a piece in for a repair assessment. i believe that was later credited against the total of the repairs. thank you for asking.
