back velvet swing tunic

Reposhing this item I purchased from @closetsocialite. Loved it, but was described as a dress and it is waaaaaaaay too short to be a dress even with tights. Def more of a tunic top! Smoke free and cat friendly =^..^= Questions? Leave a comment below!
