batik Brand Blue Floral Dress w/Ruffles

This romantic dress is in good used condition. It features a stretchy waistline, flowy ruffles, simple and elegant floral design, and loopholes for a belt. Please be aware that the belt is missing, one of the ruffles has slight tears at the seam (see last pic), and the button is not original; it's been replaced (see 11 pic).
