very romantic ruffly dress with empire waist type silhouette made out of a stretchy cotton material with a mesh overlay and velvet ribbon embellishments. It definitely has like a 90s mallgoth feel bust= 15” across, though ruching and stretch fabric make room for a larger bust waist = 13” across shoulder to hem= 32” beautiful lettuce hem and ruffly straps, as stated the fabric has a lot of stretch but is good quality so it can accommodate anyone between a S and M depending on your bust and waist size and desired fit. there are a few small holes in the overlay on the back but otherwise this beautiful dress is in great condition!! 🐈‍⬛🪐
